Justice At Last! Kogi Court Sentences Man To 12 Years For Murder Of PDP Women Leader

One Ocholi Edicha has been sentenced to 12 years and six months in prison for his involvement in the killing of a women leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mrs Salome Abuh, by a Kogi State High Court sitting in Idah.

It would be recalled that Mrs Abuh was shot and her residence set ablaze in Ochadamu in Ofu Local Government Area of Kogi State during the state’s governorship election in 2019.

The suspect, who was convicted of criminal conspiracy, armed robbery and culpable homicide, was identified as the ring leader of the mob that set Mrs Abuh’s residence ablaze.

Others named in the killing and arson were Adamu Haruna, Onu Egbunu, Musa Alidu, Attai Haruna Egwu and Attah Ejeh.
