The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the commencement of registration of candidates for the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry to tertiary institutions in the country.

The examination body made the announcement on Saturday in a short statement by its spokesman, Dr. Fabian Benjamin about 48 hours after the registration exercise was put on hold due to technical issues with the National Identification Number (NIN).

Benjamin, who revealed that registration for the examination had now commenced in full swing and that all the issues had been resolved said: “It was only put on hold to resolve the technical hitches. Registration is now in full swing,”
